James H. Keyes

FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN

Mr. Keyes served as Chairman of Johnson Controls, Inc. from 1993 until his retirement in December of 2003. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of that company from 1988 to 2002. Johnson Controls, Inc. is a Fortune 100 provider of automotive systems, batteries and facility management and controls. Mr. Keyes also serves on the board of directors of Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Navistar International Corporation, and is a trustee of Fidelity Funds, a fund complex consisting of 348 funds as of March 1, 2007.

Jim holds degrees in Business Administration from Marquette University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern. He was a former board member of LSI Logic, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the past Chairman of the U.S. National Association of Manufacturers.

 

Timothy D. Keyes

FOUNDER, CEO AND PRESIDENT

Tim Keyes is a founder, CEO and President of Keyes Capital. Previously, Mr. Keyes was a Principal at Lubar Capital, Vice President of Robert W. Baird & Co. where he worked in their Private Equity Group, served in business development for Rockwell Automation, Inc., as the President and Board Member of AIM Technologies, Inc., as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co., and in the Investment Banking Group for Morgan Stanley & Co.

Tim received his Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated with Distinction with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.
